Research
The School of the Environment is one of the most dynamic research contributors to UTS: Science. Excellent cross-institutional and industry collaborative links provide support for research and stipends for postgraduate students.
The School conducts transdisciplinary research within the Faculty, University and externally through collaborations via its research strengths, which are: .
- The Plant Functional Biology and C3 Climate Change Cluster (C3)
- The Centre for Environmental Sustainability (cens)
In addition to these, a number of our researchers are involved in the UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures (ISF), Sydney Institute of Marine Science (SIMS) (opens an external site), NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (opens an external site), Industry & Innovation NSW (opens an external site) and CSIRO (opens an external site).
