Credit recognition
Students who are enrolled in UTS: Science courses and who have previously studied at another university or other recognised tertiary educational institution may be eligible for Credit recognition in the form of subject exemptions.
Generic Information Booklet
All students undertaking a Science subject must read this Generic Information Booklet (PDF 198kb) in conjunction with their subject outlines.

Student support

Bridging courses
We offer a variety of bridging courses in chemistry, physics and mathematics to help students make the transition from school to tertiary study. Bridging courses are open to all students, and maths bridging courses are free to enrolled UTS students.
UTS: Science Student Learning Centres
Student Learning Centres have been created to make learning easier and more enjoyable for all UTS students. They are available in chemistry, physics and mathematics subjects.
Teaching and learning support
The teaching and learning support website contains useful links and documentation, including first year semester book lists (PDF, 323kB), lists of undergraduate (PDF , 45kB), honours (PDF , 17kB) and postgraduate (PDF , 17kb) programs directors , academic liaison officers, a calendar of the academic year and much more.
