Enrolment and Induction
An offer of enrolment letter with enrolment forms will be sent to successful applicants by the University Graduate School (UGS) based on the Faculty's recommendation for admission.
You are required to formally accept this offer, if you wish to conduct research at UTS. You need to complete all relevant forms and send them back to UGS within the given deadline in order to be enrolled.
Once your enrolment has been successfully processed, UGS will confirm your candidature through email.
Your Student ID number will be automatically generated when the online enrolment is processed and you can visit any UTS Student Centre to obtain your Student ID card.
Induction Program
All newly enrolled UTS: Science's research students are required to attend a general Faculty Induction session run by the Faculty's Research & Development Office.
Other inductions for laboratory access may also be required. Induction is compulsory and laboratory access may be denied if students do not attend required sessions.
Program details such as date, time and venue will be emailed to you prior to the start of semester.
