Professional Training and Short Courses

MAU offers range of courses in microscopy and materials characterisation. These include focussed 1 or 2 day workshops on specialised techniques as well as University accredited one week courses on "Electron Microscopy and Microanalysis", "X-ray Analytical Methods" and "Scanning Probe Microscopy".

Companies are welcome to discuss their training needs and priorities with MAU staff, so that teaching programs and skills workshops can be customised according to the organisation's requirements.
