Access charges
The access charges for Microbial Imaging Facility allow access to facility instrumentation and post analysis software.
Training on all instruments is provided, with the exception of the DeltaVision (OMX and personal DV) microscopes, as these microscopes have a dedicated operator.
All prices are exclusive of GST.

The fees outlined in the above table are for collaborative projects. Collaboration includes image acquisition and assistance with experimental design, image processing and analysis. Authorship on publications is expected. The full fee for service option (non collaborative option) is $200 per hour for all users.

This price includes access to our advanced computing facility which is set up with the following flow cytometry analysis software: CellQuestPro, Diva (for LSRII), FlowJo, FCAParray (for cytokine bead arrays), Modfit (for cell cycle analysis), as well as graphic analysis software (photoshop, powerpoint etc) for preparing your data for publication or seminar presentations.
