William (Bill) Costerton Centre for Biofilms, School of Dentistry, University of Southern California Hosted by The Institute for the Biotechnology of Infectious Diseases(IBID) Date: Monday 25th August, 2008 Time:3:00 p.m. Venue: Room CB04.2.34 Prof Bill Costerton is a pioneer in biofilm research. He was responsible for coining the term “biofilm” in 1978 and remains a world leader in the field.
